2. Contract and consumer info
Before contracting we provide: service description, total price, payment terms, duration, and complaint procedure. Unfair terms are void. A contract forms on acceptance of our public offer or written confirmation. You may cancel and request remedy, price reduction or refund per law. Complaints: contact@phaeroxis.com. We reply within 30 days. You may contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or go to court.
3. Data, cookies, language, liability
We process personal data with informed consent. Non-essential cookies need consent; see our Cookie Policy. Consumer information is available in Ukrainian; this English text is a convenience translation, the Ukrainian version prevails. We are liable as required by law; force majeure excuses temporary non-performance.
